With a mission to connect global users through engaging AI-driven experiences, we are expanding beyond Korea into key markets such as Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, Spain, and Portugal. Following the successful launch of the Thai-language version of TingleChat, we are building a multilingual content and operations team to support our global rollout.
Job Description
1) Job Title
- Platform Operator for BubbleChat and TingleChat
2) Key Responsibilities
- String Translation: Translate app interface content, system messages, and user guides into target market languages (Japanese, Mandarin, Thai, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish, Portuguese).
- Social Media Marketing: Develop and execute user engagement and brand promotion strategies via platforms such as Instagram and Twitter (X).
- Customer Support: Respond to user inquiries promptly and courteously to ensure high satisfaction and smooth user experiences.
- AI Image Review: Review and monitor AI character image content to ensure compliance with platform guidelines and visual standards.
3) Qualifications
- Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Thai, Arabic, Turkish, Spanish, or Portuguese
- Strong understanding of cultural and linguistic nuances in global communication
- Experience in customer support or community management
- Team-oriented mindset and high attention to detail
- Visa Eligibility: Holders of F-2, F-4, F-5, F-6, D-10, or E-7 visas; international students must be eligible for part-time work permits
