Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Content Intern to join our creative crew. If you love design, storytelling, and global-local connections, you’ll gain hands-on experience shaping tours and campaigns, plus mentorship from a senior marketer with 10+ years of experience.

Job Description

1) Job Title

Operation Manager (Travel Product Management)


2) Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and coordinate with travel product suppliers and partner companies
  • Manage schedules, pricing, and service quality with partners
  • Support internal planning and marketing teams with product planning and operations
  • Prepare and manage materials related to on-site operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond promptly to requests and inquiries from partner companies
  • Organize data on operations, customer feedback, and sales performance
  • Prepare internal and external reports based on performance


3) Requirements

  • Korean national or foreign national with a valid work visa in Korea
  • Available for 3-month contract (with possibility of extension or full-time offer based on performance)
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English (oral and written communication, including emails, documents, and phone calls)
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset


4) Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in travel product operations, hospitality, or customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills


4) Recruitment Process

Work Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time (2–3 days/week) or Full-time
  • Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (7 working hours + 1 hour lunch break)
  • Rate: ₩11,000/hour (negotiable with relevant experience)
  • Contract: 3 months (until the end of August)
  • Start Date: Interviews and onboarding in September
