Job Description

1) Job Title

Junior Influencer Marketing Manager – U.S. Market


2) Key Responsibilities

  • Support execution and analysis of integrated U.S. marketing campaigns
  • Implement brand/product-specific marketing strategies
  • Manage performance across online/offline marketing channels
  • Assist with planning and execution of U.S. brand events and promotions
  • Coordinate with U.S. marketing agencies, PR firms, and external partners
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns
  • Discover and collaborate with U.S.-based influencers
  • Track campaign outcomes and derive optimization insights
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, ROAS, and brand awareness
  • Assist with marketing budget planning and execution tracking


3) Requirements

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields
  • English: Business level or higher (for professional email and documentation)
  • Valid visa status for foreign nationals: D-10, E-7, or F-type only
  • D-2, D-4, H-1 visa types are not eligible


4) Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce trends
  • Experience working with North American influencer networks or agencies
  • Proven track record in matching influencers to target audiences
  • Successful digital campaign experience in mid-to-large-scale organizations (300+ employees)
  • High familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and current content trends
