Key Responsibilities
- Provide consulting on all aspects of new product design and development.
- Guide and support the design and development of medical devices throughout the process.
- Offer expertise in medical device engineering and R&D strategies to enhance product innovation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and designs.
- Provide technical guidance to R&D teams and contribute to the company’s product development roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experienced professionals with a strong background in medical device design and development (retired professionals are welcome).
- Proficient in English for business communication or TOPIK II Level 4 or higher (suitable for general corporate communication).
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
- Must be able to work at MI Tech's Seoul Gangnam Office.
Selection Process
1.Document Screening: Evaluation of medical device experience and R&D background.
2.Interview (HR/Department):
- Verification of career experience, technical expertise, and communication skills (English/Korean).
- Video interviews available for candidates residing abroad.
3.Offer and Negotiation: Discussion of salary, joining date, and visa eligibility.
