Key Responsibilities

  • Provide consulting on all aspects of new product design and development.
  • Guide and support the design and development of medical devices throughout the process.
  • Offer expertise in medical device engineering and R&D strategies to enhance product innovation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless integration of new technologies and designs.
  • Provide technical guidance to R&D teams and contribute to the company’s product development roadmap.


Qualifications

  • Experienced professionals with a strong background in medical device design and development (retired professionals are welcome).
  • Proficient in English for business communication or TOPIK II Level 4 or higher (suitable for general corporate communication).
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Bioengineering, Materials Science, or related fields.
  • Must be able to work at MI Tech's Seoul Gangnam Office.


Selection Process


1.Document Screening: Evaluation of medical device experience and R&D background.

2.Interview (HR/Department):

  • Verification of career experience, technical expertise, and communication skills (English/Korean).
  • Video interviews available for candidates residing abroad.


3.Offer and Negotiation: Discussion of salary, joining date, and visa eligibility.

4.Final Selection: Notification to successful candidates.
