Company Introduction:

At ​Cupidst, ​we ​are building ​a global LoveTech brand ​with ​two key ​business directions: human-to-human ​dating app ​brands ​and human-to-AI ​relationship ​services.

For ​human-to-human connections, we ​have ​launched and expanded ​brands ​such ​as Glam, KEMIT, ​and AlphaState. ​For ​human-to-AI interactions, ​we are ​developing ​services that allow ​users to ​form romantic relationships with AI personas modeled after influencers. We are building a portfolio of love-centric brands, nurturing them like K-pop idols to redefine how people meet and fall in love.

1) Responsibilities

■ Plan and Produce Marketing Content for Global Services

• Plan and produce viral video and image content to drive user acquisition.

■ Create Engaging and Viral Content

• Plan and execute marketing content to expand and enhance app services.

• Manage and analyze content performance for social media channels and propose improvements based on insights.

■ Analyze and Optimize Content Performance

• Analyze the performance of marketing content, generate insights, and build hypotheses for continuous improvement.

■ Operational Support

• Monitor App Store reviews and user feedback, and respond to user inquiries.


2) Requirements

We are looking for a content marketer to help lead the global expansion of our services targeting the U.S. market.

• 1+ year of relevant work experience

• Strong interest in storytelling content such as romance, role-playing, web novels, and webtoons

• Logical thinking and hypothesis-building skills for problem-solving

• Ability to plan and produce image/video-based advertising content

• Proficiency in spoken English and strong understanding of U.S. culture


3) Preferred Qualifications

• Experience living in or a deep understanding of English-speaking countries and cultures

• Keen interest in the latest digital trends, including AI, chatbots, and generative AI

• Hands-on experience executing social media advertising campaigns at startups, domestically or internationally

• Strong design skills for video and image content

• Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and Premiere

• Understanding and experience with ATL (Above The Line), BTL (Below The Line), and TTL (Through The Line) marketing

• Comfortable working with data and expressing achievements numerically


4) Benefits
