Since launching in Korea, nightly has become the No.1 sleep app, trusted by thousands for its scientifically-backed programs and engaging content. In February 2025, we entered the Japanese market and quickly climbed into the top 10 on the App Store within just two months — showing strong global potential.


1) Responsibilities

  • Plan and create performance-based video ads targeting the Japanese market
  • Lead collaborations with Japanese influencers and manage communication
  • Translate and localize content for App Store Optimization (ASO)
  • Analyze user acquisition channels and propose creative marketing strategies


2) Requirements

  • Someone who understands human psychology and aims to drive real user behavior
  • Someone who takes thoughtful action with speed
  • Someone who embraces feedback, but can also back up their ideas with sound logic
  • Someone with a strong sense of curiosity and hunger for personal growth
