2) Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-converting landing pages using Framer/Webflow
- Define user problems using data, and create visual/interactive prototypes
- Improve UX/UI for global enterprise users (especially U.S. market)
- Create design content aligned with customer funnel to drive acquisition/conversion
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze user feedback to iterate on design
- Collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, and engineers
- Lead the creation of designs that reflect brand identity across platforms
3) Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- 1+ year of experience with B2B or B2C SaaS landing pages
- Proficiency in Framer (CMS, interactions, API integration)
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript understanding
- Business-level English (CEFR C1 or native)
- Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude)
- Portfolio submission required (must include Framer/Webflow projects)
4) Preferential Requirements
- Experience designing for U.S.-based companies
- U.S. citizen or 10+ years residency in the U.S.
- Experience managing end-to-end design projects
- Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Bubble, Flutterflow, etc.)
- Experience with AI content tools (e.g., Midjourney, Heygen, Vrew, Runway)
- Ability to write UX microcopy in English
