Job Description

1) Job Title

CS/Operations Intern – Japan Division


2) Position Overview

  • We are looking for a CS/Operations Intern to join our Japan Business Division for a 3-month internship, with the possibility of full-time conversion. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about digital services, user communication, and Japanese consumer trends.


3) Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to Japanese users of Challengers Japan via Channel Talk
  • Identify user issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution
  • Assist with ad operations, contract management, and payment settlements for the Japanese platform
  • Translate and operate content related to Challengers Japan
  • Research and compile potential brand leads and contact information to support client outreach


4) Qualifications

  • Fluent in both Japanese and Korean (written and verbal)
  • Strong interest in Japanese beauty and consumer trends
  • Passionate about building warm, meaningful customer experiences while supporting business growth


5) Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience or strong interest in IT startups
  • Excited by early-stage business development and building from scratch


6) What You’ll Gain

7) Working Conditions

  • Monthly Internship Compensation: KRW 2,500,000 (pre-tax) (Negotiable for experienced candidates)
  • Internship Duration: Start ASAP → 3-month internship followed by discussion for full-time conversion
