Job Description

1) Job Title

Customer Support & Marketing Manager (For China, Japan, Thailand, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines, CIS, etc.)


2) Position Overview

  • We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented professional to manage client communications and support, while also executing marketing initiatives on various digital platforms. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of online customer engagement, especially through social media.


3) Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via online channels and phone calls
  • Promote the company’s services on social media platforms
  • Communicate with customers through SNS community channels and assist in resolving issues
  • Plan and manage content for social media marketing


4) Qualifications

  • Excellent teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Native speaker from one of the target countries (China, Japan, Thailand, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines, CIS, etc.)
  • Experience in online marketing or phone-based customer support
  • Demonstrated experience in engaging with customers and problem-solving via social media
  • Experience in content planning and social media channel management


5) Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous work experience in overseas remittance services or the financial industry
  • Valid visa to work in South Korea


6) Working Conditions

  • Employment Type: 1-year contract position with a 3-month probation period; potential for full-time conversion
  • Working Schedule: To be determined after the interview
  • Work Location: Agabang Building, 207 Teheran-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul (within 300m from Yeoksam Station, Subway Line 2)
