2) Key Responsibilities

  • Create written and visual content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Schedule and publish posts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer
  • Engage with followers and manage online community interactions
  • Monitor trends and performance analytics across social media platforms
  • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and product
  • Manage brand partnerships and collaborative projects with external creators


3) Qualifications

  • Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluent/native-level Korean (both required)
  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement
  • Deep understanding of Japanese digital trends and platform behavior
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
