The Medical Business Division leads this MSO initiative with the vision of transforming the aesthetic medical industry to be more customer-centric. Our mission is to enable clinics to focus on patient care by efficiently supporting their marketing, operations, and growth.
Within this division, the Hospital Marketing Squad is building “a world where clinics don’t have to worry about marketing.” From branding and online performance marketing to content, global customer acquisition, and retention—we manage the full funnel so that clinics can focus on delivering excellent care.
Job Description
1) Job Title
Japan Market Marketing Assistant (Contract-based)
2) Key Responsibilities
Execute marketing campaigns to promote Korean aesthetic clinics via Japanese online channels
Identify and propose collaboration opportunities with beauty influencers on Instagram, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter), etc.
Provide online consultations and support through LINE and other messaging platforms
3) Qualifications
Native-level fluency in Japanese
Strong interest in Japanese SNS content and digital trends
Passion to grow a career in medical aesthetics or digital marketing
4) Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in marketing for aesthetic clinics targeting Japanese customers
Experience working with or alongside influencers or influencer agencies
