The ​Medical Business ​Division ​leads this MSO ​initiative with ​the vision of transforming the aesthetic medical industry to be more customer-centric. Our mission is to enable clinics to focus on patient care by efficiently supporting their marketing, operations, and growth.

Within this division, the Hospital Marketing Squad is building “a world where clinics don’t have to worry about marketing.” From branding and online performance marketing to content, global customer acquisition, and retention—we manage the full funnel so that clinics can focus on delivering excellent care.


Job Description

1) Job Title

  • Global Agency Marketing Assistant (Contract-based) - (China / Japan / English-speaking Markets / Thailand)


2) Key Responsibilities

  • Global Marketing & Social Media Operations
  • Manage and operate SNS channels by target country (China, Japan, U.S./English, Thailand)
  • Plan and produce content based on local medical aesthetics trends and insights
  • Design posts and write copy tailored to each platform and cultural nuance
  • Execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns
  • Plan and manage influencer/creator collaborations

* Influencer & Campaign Management

  • Identify and onboard local influencers or product testers by country
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including performance tracking
  • Coordinate content direction and support with filming/editing when needed
  • Manage reviews and viral content exposure

* Consultation & Hospital Matching

  • Provide online consultations for foreign patients interested in procedures (plastic surgery, dermatology, etc.)
  • Understand patient needs and recommend the most suitable clinics and doctors
  • Coordinate with concierge or interpretation services when necessary

* Data & Performance Analysis

  • Analyze marketing data and campaign performance from SNS and influencer activities
  • Monitor market trends and competitor campaigns


3) Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in global marketing or overseas agency work
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Chinese, Japanese, English, Thai
  • Strong understanding of SNS platforms and digital marketing
  • Basic knowledge of the medical aesthetics industry
  • Friendly and flexible communication skills for customer consultations


4) Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the skincare, plastic surgery, or beauty industry
  • Hands-on experience with influencer marketing or global content campaigns
  • Background in foreign client services or medical tourism
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize performance marketing
  • Video content production/editing skills
