Job Description

1) Job Title

  • Planning & Marketing Intern (Japanese Native Speaker)


2) Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the early-stage product planning process by identifying consumer needs and market trends
  • Analyze product exposure and sales performance across distribution channels using data
  • Adjust advertising strategy and keyword targeting based on performance
  • Support global distribution and localization of marketing efforts
  • Assist in export marketing and promotional tasks for Japanese markets


3) Qualifications

  • Native Japanese speaker with fluent Korean communication skills
  • Interest in marketing, product planning, and cross-border e-commerce
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in using basic marketing tools and data interpretation is a plus
  • Required Documents
  • Resume and self-introduction (submitted in Korean)


4) Recruitment Process

  • Document Screening → Phone Interview → Assignment → Final In-person Interview


5) Employment Conditions

  • Type: 6-month internship contract (potential for full-time conversion upon evaluation)
  • Salary: KRW 34,000,000 / year
  • Severance: Provided separately upon completion
  • Visa Support: E-7 visa sponsorship available (depending on qualification)
  • Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Annual Leave: Follows Korean labor law
