Job Description
1) Job Title
- Production Management & China Trade Marketing Specialist (Chinese Native Speaker)
2) Key Responsibilities
- Discover and manage production partners with competitive pricing and strong quality control
- Oversee the entire production process, including scheduling and quality management
- Plan and execute product and marketing strategies targeting the Chinese market
- Communicate and align with Chinese vendors, partners, and distributors on sales and logistics strategies
3) Qualifications
- Native Chinese speaker with fluent Korean communication skills
- Proficient in Excel and basic office tools
- Must submit both Korean and Chinese versions of resume and self-introduction
4) Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in production management or international trade
- Interest in global commerce, cross-border e-commerce, and brand expansion
5) Recruitment Process
- Document Screening → Phone Interview → Assignment → Final In-person Interview → On-site Practical Test
6) Employment Conditions
- Contract Type: 1-year contract (possibility of full-time conversion upon evaluation)
- Annual Salary: KRW 30,000,000 (100% paid during probation period)
- Severance: Provided separately
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Paid Leave: In accordance with Korean labor law
- Visa Support: E-7 or D-9 visa available (if eligibility requirements are met)
