Job Description

1) Job Title

  • Production Management & China Trade Marketing Specialist (Chinese Native Speaker)


2) Key Responsibilities

  • Discover and manage production partners with competitive pricing and strong quality control
  • Oversee the entire production process, including scheduling and quality management
  • Plan and execute product and marketing strategies targeting the Chinese market
  • Communicate and align with Chinese vendors, partners, and distributors on sales and logistics strategies


3) Qualifications

  • Native Chinese speaker with fluent Korean communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel and basic office tools
  • Must submit both Korean and Chinese versions of resume and self-introduction


4) Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in production management or international trade
  • Interest in global commerce, cross-border e-commerce, and brand expansion


5) Recruitment Process

  • Document Screening → Phone Interview → Assignment → Final In-person Interview → On-site Practical Test


6) Employment Conditions

  • Contract Type: 1-year contract (possibility of full-time conversion upon evaluation)
  • Annual Salary: KRW 30,000,000 (100% paid during probation period)
  • Severance: Provided separately
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Paid Leave: In accordance with Korean labor law
  • Visa Support: E-7 or D-9 visa available (if eligibility requirements are met)
