Job Description

1) Job Title

Senior Influencer Marketing Manager – Japan


2) Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies for the Japanese market
  • Source and manage influencer networks across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Plan and operate influencer collaboration campaigns
  • Lead production and management of influencer-led Japanese UGC video content
  • Manage and grow Japanese SNS accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Research beauty & health supplement trends in Japan and monitor competitors


3) Requirements

  • 5–13 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or SNS operations
  • Japanese: Business level proficiency or higher (email, reports, professional communication)
  • Deep understanding of Japanese SNS platform usage and best practices
  • Eligible visa holders only: D-10, E-7, or F-type (for foreign nationals)
  • Applicants with D-2, D-4, H-1 visa types are not eligible


4) Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Japanese influencer pools and networks
  • Experience as a casting director in Japan (e.g., for models or creators)
  • Demonstrated success in matching influencers to target demographics
  • Prior work or residence experience in Japan or at a Japanese company
  • Strong familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, and trend awareness in beauty/wellness
