Job Description

1) Job Title

Copywriter – Global Creative Team


2) Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation & Scriptwriting
  • Write digital-first content for a variety of platforms: social media, websites, ads, and branded films
  • Craft slogans, taglines, and scripts that resonate across cultures
  • Deliver copy that is emotionally engaging, platform-appropriate, and audience-focused
  • Brand Voice & Editorial Excellence
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand voice and values
  • Adapt tone and writing style for various formats: witty, emotional, thought-leadership, etc.
  • Maintain a high standard of clarity, accuracy, and brand consistency across all deliverables
  • Creative Collaboration & Ownership
  • Work closely with global strategy, design, and account teams
  • Participate in brainstorming, research, and idea development
  • Own projects end-to-end, from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and excellence in craft


3) Requirements

  • Native-level English proficiency with exceptional writing and storytelling skills
  • 1–4 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally in an agency or in-house creative team
  • A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and brand storytelling across formats
  • Understanding of U.S. consumer behavior and digital trends
  • Ability to thrive in collaborative, fast-paced creative environments


4) Preferred Qualifications

  • Copywriting experience in beauty, tech, or F&B industries
  • Proficiency in Korean (business level or higher)
  • Experience with cross-cultural or bilingual content development
  • Familiarity with short-form video storytelling (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts)


5) Recruitment Process

  3. 1st Interview (In-person): Discussion with Creative/Strategy Team
  4. 2nd Interview (In-person): C-level conversation on vision, impact, and collaboration
