JD(Job ​Description)


1) Job Title

  • Italian Localization/CM/CS Manager (Contract Position)


2) Key Responsibilities

  • Game contents localization (Korean/English-> Italian translation and validation, LQA)
  • Online community (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) management (content creation and posting, answer 1:1 message, analyze KPI, etc.)
  • Answer players’ inquiries through email (purchase errors, account issues, game questions, etc.)


3) Qualifications

  • Verbal and written fluency in Italian and Korean (Korean: TOPIK Level 6, Italian: native speaker or native speaker level)
  • Prior experience in the gaming or mobile industry in related role
  • Strong passion for games, with a positive and proactive mindset
  • Excellent understanding of Italian trends and culture
  • Translation experience with a solid understanding of localization practices
  • For non-Korean nationals: must hold a valid work visa or meet eligibility for an E-7 visa
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • No restrictions on overseas business travel (e.g., due to military service obligations)


 4) Preferential Requirements

Experience using CAT tools (e.g., Trados, MemoQ, etc.)

Proficiency in graphic tools such as Photoshop

Strong command of Google Workspace and MS Office

Practical experience in game localization


5) Work Conditions

Location: Gasan Digital Complex, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul

Working hours: 40 hours/week (Mon - Fri)

Employment status: 1-year contract with potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position based on performance

Salary: negotiable
