 Now, we’re looking for a Tour Operations Intern / Part-timer to join our creative crew. You’ll get hands-on experience designing local tours and campaigns, along with mentorship from industry professionals with over 10 years of experience in Korea’s tourism and cultural sectors.

Job Description

1) Job Title

Tour Operations Coordinator


2) Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate and coordinate with travel product suppliers and partner companies
  • Manage schedules, pricing, and service quality with partners
  • Support internal planning and marketing teams with product planning and operations
  • Prepare and manage materials related to on-site operations
  • Handle customer inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and chat
  • Respond promptly to requests and inquiries from partner companies
  • Organize data on operations, customer feedback, and sales performance
  • Prepare internal and external reports based on performance


3) Requirements

  • Korean national or foreign national with a valid work visa in Korea
  • Available for at least 3 working days per week, with a minimum of 2 days in the office.
  • Open to a 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension or a full-time offer based on performance  
  • Proficiency in both Korean and English (oral and written communication, including emails, documents, and phone calls)
  • Strong communication skills and customer service mindset


4) Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in travel product operations, hospitality, or customer service
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate tasks efficiently
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Work Schedule & Pay:

  • Part-time (2–3 days/week) or Full-time
  • Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 (7 working hours + 1 hour lunch break)
  • Rate: ₩11,000/hour (negotiable with relevant experience)
  • Contract: 3 months

* A paid position may be considered following an unpaid remote part-time role or internship.
