About the Global Creative Team & Role

Our team brings brands to life worldwide by blending local insight with global perspective, creating ideas that meaningfully connect people to brands. What makes that possible is our people — their creativity, curiosity, and drive.

We’re expanding fast and looking for a copywriter who can sharpen concepts, shape our voice, and turn ideas into resonant, buzz-worthy stories.

As a Copywriter, you’ll work closely with our Global Strategy and Creative teams to craft clear, engaging messages for campaigns and a wide range of projects: from social content and digital experiences to films and brand content.

1) Job Title

English Copywriter (1-4 years of experience)

2) What You’ll Do

  • Content Creation & Scriptwriting - You’ll spark conversations.
  • Create digital content that earns attention across every channel: ads, social media, websites, and other brand touchpoints.
  • Shape brand-defining moments with memorable slogans, taglines, and messages.
  • Scripts for screens big and small, from punchy 15-second spots to long-form storytelling: always tuned to the platform, always tuned to the audience.
  • Brand Voice, Alignment & Quality Control - Every word matters.
  • Protect and project the brand’s voice with precision, making sure every sentence speaks the client’s truth.
  • Maintain a gold standard for clarity, accuracy, and impact in all copy.
  • Shift tone and style like a pro, whether it’s a heartfelt brand film, a witty caption, or a thought-leading article, to connect with every audience, everywhere.
  • Creative Collaboration & Project Ownership - Great ideas happen together.
  • Research, brainstorm, shape ideas, and bring them to life through launch and beyond.
  • Work hand-in-hand with account executives, designers, and every creative partner to make words and visuals sing together.
  • Own your projects, from brief to big reveal, delivering on time without ever dialing down the craft.

3) What You’ll Need

  • Native-level English proficiency, with exceptional command of language, tone, and storytelling.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, refined craft, and a deep understanding of brand storytelling.
  • 1–4 years of professional experience, preferably in a creative or marketing agency setting, creating impactful content and demonstrating strong insight into the U.S. market and its audience dynamics.
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in collaborative, cross-functional creative teams.
  • Ability to balance strategic insight with creative execution, ensuring all work is both purposeful and emotionally resonant.
  • Extra Brownie Points:
  • Experience in copywriting for F&B, beauty, or tech industries.
  • Business-level proficiency in Korean.

4) Our Application Process

  • Step 1: Application
  • Submit your resume, portfolio, and any relevant materials for review.
  • Step 2: Screening
  • We’ll take a look at your application to assess your fit for the role and company culture.
  • Step 3: 1st Interview (In-person)
  • This is an initial conversation to get to know you, your experience, and your creative approach.
  • Step 4: 2nd Interview (In-person)
  • You’ll move on to a deeper discussion with C-level executives to explore your skills, thinking process, and potential contributions.
  • Step 5: Compensation Negotiation
  • We’ll discuss terms, benefits, and ensure alignment on expectations.
